Rafidain for Projects Development PSC has selected their management group to operate a new hotel in the heart of Amman, appointing Warwick International Hotels Group (WIH).
The Warwick Hotel Il Palazzo Amman will open on 1st March 2012. Located in the very heart of the Jordanian capital, the hotel has 78 rooms on 6 floors, consisting of 46 standard rooms, 30 suites and 2 presidential suites.
The variety of food and wine offered will satisfy both local and international guests and will consist of Italian specialties, a wine bar which opens onto a terrace leading directly to the pool.
An all day restaurant and a Shisha bar are also available. A health & sports center will complement the additional services that will be offered by the hotel.
Located 45 minutes from Queen Alia International Airport and close to the business district, the Warwick Il Palazzo Amman will most suitably meet the needs of local, regional and international business travellers. A business centre and meeting room for up to 25 people will be an additional advantage to enhance business meetings while in this exciting city. Due to its location in the heart of Amman, within a short distance of the old town, the hotel is also the ideal location from which to explore the Jordanian capital.
The signing of this management contract marks an important step in the development of the Warwick International Hotels Collection. After announcing earlier this year the Winter Valley Warwick Resort & Spa in Jordan, on the Dead Sea and the Warwick Pangéa Beach Resort & Spa in Beirut, Lebanon, Warwick International Hotels plans to continue expanding its locations in the Middle East. To better serve the needs of the management teams at these and other future hotels and resorts in the region, WIH will establish a regional office in Beirut. This office will be directed by Mr. Jamal Serhan, recently appointed Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for WIH in the Middle East.
