The Customer Satisfaction Award honors organizations, companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service throughout the year, as reported by their customers through user review websites. These customer reviews are analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a star rating system based on the data, which determines eligibility for the Customer Satisfaction Award for Excellence.
Celebration Media’s dedicated team of researchers spent more than 6,000 hours analyzing data in 2011 from multiple website sources that detailed customers’ experiences with organizations, companies, hospitality and retail operations, as well as professional offices across the United States and Canada.
