Up to $6,000 Cash for New Referrals

With a passionate fan base that vociferously sings the company’s praises, the #1 luxury cruise line is rewarding its loyal patrons for their enthusiasm with a juicy new bonus “Referral Rewards Program.” Crystal Society guests – whether planning to travel or not -- can now earn up to $6,000 cash for referring new guests on all cruises through the end of 2011 and 10 cruises in the first quarter of 2012.

In its spring issue of its repeat-guest magazine, Passport, Crystal mailed Society members the program details and three redemption certificates to pass on to a new-to-Crystal guest who they feel would enjoy the Crystal Cruises experience.

· Crystal Society members will receive $1,000 for each guest who redeems a certificate and sails on a Crystal cruise of 8 days or more, and
· New-to-Crystal guests will save $250 per person off the cruise fare.

For seven-day cruises, the Crystal Society member will receive $500 and the new Crystal cruiser will enjoy $125 per person off the cruise fare. Should all three certificates be redeemed for applicable double-occupancy cruises, the Society Member could earn up to a total of $6,000.

“Besides the tremendous bonus for our guests, this is an amazing tool for our travel agent partners, which can translate into a lot of new business for them,” says Nitsa Lewis, vice president, marketing. “It gives agents a great reason to reach out and remind their Society member-clients of the big rewards, as well as demonstrate the agency’s value in looking after them in every way.”

Even travel agents who have sailed at full revenue are eligible to redeem certificates for their new-to-Crystal referrals. Applicable redemption sailings include all remaining 2011 Crystal cruises of seven days or longer, and select first quarter 2012 cruises, covering Europe, the Caribbean, Alaska, the Pacific Coast, Mexican Riviera, Panama Canal, New England, Canada, Hawaii, the Pacific, Australia, Asia, Russia, South America, and across the Atlantic. Complete details for the program can be found in the Crystal Society section at crystalcruises.com.

Crystal Cruises’ luxury vacation experience always includes a host of complimentary amenities, from enlightening enrichment workshops to pampering pillow menus and specialty dining featuring the cuisine of Nobu Matsuhisa and Piero Selvaggio. The company’s passion for taking care of guests in an inviting environment of extraordinary space, quality and choices has earned Crystal more “World’s Best” awards than any other cruise line, resort, or hotel in history.
