Fans of award-winning Hua Ting Restaurant can now enjoy a Weekend Heavenly Champagne Brunch with unlimited servings of Cantonese favourites from its a la carte menu with free-flow of Moet & Chandon Imperial Champagne, Red & White Santa Luz Wine, Draught Beer, Juices and Soft Drinks.
Soups are essential in every Cantonese meal, order a bowl of nutritious broth from our selected four options : Braised Superior Bird’s Nest with Fresh Crab Roe, Double-Boiled Shark’s Fin Dumpling Soup, Braised Shark’s Fin with Fresh Crab Meat, Double Boiled Shark’s Bone Cartilage Soup with Three Treasures. Select an enticing seafood dish : Braised Sliced Abalone with Goose Webs, Braised Sliced Abalone with Chinese Mushrooms, Braised Live Lobster or Baked Tiger Prawn with Bacon.
Have a date with Dim Sum, nibble on these exquisitely shaped oriental favourites such as Baked Chicken and Mango Tarts, Steamed or Pan-Fried Carrot Cake with Conpoy, Steamed Siew Mai with Fresh Scallop, Steamed Custard Bun, Pan-Fried Cod Fish Bun, Deep-Fried Scallop Pastry with Onion and Garlic, Steamed Vegetarian Dumplings, Baked Char Siew Pastry with Fresh Fruits and more.
