Concorde Hotel Singapore launched its inaugural mobile website today - a pared down version of the Hotel’s full site. Designed for ease of navigation and speedier downloads on a Guest’s mobile platform, this mobile site makes it more convenient for Guests to access Hotel information, check room availability and make quick reservations directly from a smartphone or mobile handheld device.

According to industry sources PhoCusWright and Expedia, the online travel booking market in Asia Pacific is expected to hit a value of US$51.6 billion in 2011 and will grow by 30 to 40% a year with Singapore expected to grow by around 20% to reach a value of US$1.5 billion in the online travel market in 2011.

“One of our strategies is to focus on growing online reservations. We want to engage Guests with the introduction of this mobile site by targeting Guests who enjoy the convenience of checking room availability and making bookings directly from their mobile phones,” remarked Mr. Leo Llambi, General Manager, Concorde Hotel Singapore.

Access the Concorde Hotel Singapore website on a smartphone or handheld mobile device at singapore.concordehotelsresorts.mobi and enjoy a special mobile-only rate for our Deluxe and Executive Rooms from now till 30 September 2011.
