Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman has been voted the ‘Middle East’s Leading Luxury Resort’ and ‘Oman’s Leading Resort’ at the Grand Final of the World Travel Awards – also known as the travel industry ’Oscars’.

In a tourism and travel industry survey, conducted by the World Travel Awards, Zighy Bay is immensely proud to once again receive two coveted awards, ‘Middle East’s Leading Luxury Resort’ & Oman’s leading Resort” which was received, on behalf of Zighy Bay, by Godfrey Vas, General Manager.

On receiving the awards Godfrey Vas, stated how delighted he was that travel industry peers recognised the resort not only for its luxury accommodation, stunning location and outstanding guest relations but also for Zighy Bay’s dedication to the Six Senses SLOW LIFE philosophy - being in harmony with the environment and the resort’s cultural surroundings, successfully offering guests “Intelligent Luxury”.

Six Senses Zighy Bay sits in the remote northern Musandam Peninsula in Oman amidst spectacular landscape. The 82 rustic Omani style villas have exceptional views, with the sheer Hajar Mountains on one side and white sandy pristine beach on the other.
