Executive Chef Pascal Meynard presents a special Celebration Menu for 50 Euros.
To commemorate the 50th Birthday of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts this year, Varanda Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon introduces a unique Degustation Menu.
With this new four course menu, the Hotel invites guests to join in celebrating this special occasion through April 30, 2011. Executive Chef Pascal Meynard has been inspired by local seasonal ingredients to offer lobster with asparagus salad and violet potato chips as an appetiser; an entree of aquarello risotto with duck confit and pumpkin with ginger and lemon; a main course of steamed sea bass, ratte potato and lemon-infused olive oil and braised cabbage with white balsamic vinegar; and a dessert of pineapple and mint carpaccio with passion fruit macaroon, Malibu ice cream and crispy pineapple. Coffee and mignardises complete the menu.
The Degustation Menu is offered €50.00 per person, or €85.00 per person with wine pairings specially created by Chef Sommelier Pedro Licinio.
