Retained agency to support hotel group's rapid growth in the Middle East 19 April 2011

Millennium & Copthorne hotels, one of the world's largest hotel companies with more than 120 owned and managed hotels in over 19 countries, has appointed Four Communications, the independent integrated agency, as its retained agency to develop the group's corporate communications strategy and drive its PR programme across the Middle East and North Africa.

From the start of April 2011, Four Communications will provide an active press office service, as well as develop strategies, policies and creative campaigns for Millennium & Copthorne's corporate head office for the Middle East based in Abu Dhabi.

This appointment signals the hotel company's intension to continue to increase its market share in the Middle East, as well as its commitment to supporting hotel owners and driving bookings. Its portfolio of brands includes Grand Millennium, Millennium, Copthorne, and Kingsgate, and the group operates 12 hotels in the Middle East. With 40 new properties due to open and management agreements signed, Millennium & Copthorne is expected to grow significantly in the coming years. The integrated communications campaign will support new and existing properties whilst boosting brand awareness through creative projects across traditional and online channels.
