John Dopéré Joins Six Senses and Evason Hua Hin

Six Senses is delighted to announce the appointment of John Dopéré as its Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage at its Hua Hin twin resorts.

John will be overseeing F&B service and culinary operations as well as heading the LIFE department. The F&B Director, Executive Chef and LIFE Manager will all report into John. John will report to Peter Nilsson, Managing Director, Gulf of Thailand.

John brings with him 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Having started his career as Bar Manager at Club Med then Planet Hollywood, Paris, he has enjoyed successful spells at Royal Mougins Golf Club in the South of France, The Grosvenor Victoria Casino in London, the prestigious Royal Golf Club in Bahrain and the 5-star Constance Lémuria Resort, Seychelles where he was responsible for four restaurants, five bars, in room dining and banqueting with an annual turnover of over 7 million euros.

The 42 year old multi-lingual Belgian will be a great addition to the Six Senses F&B team in the Gulf of Thailand.
