Morgans Hotel Group Co. (Nasdaq: MHGC) announced today that it has scheduled its 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at Hudson in New York City at 10:00 AM Eastern time on May 18, 2011. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set as the close of business on March 25, 2011.
