Wyndham Worldwide Prices $250 Million of Senior Unsecured Notes

Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN) today announced the pricing of the public offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of its senior unsecured notes due March 1, 2021. The senior unsecured notes offering is expected to close on March 1, 2011. Wyndham Worldwide intends to use the aggregate net proceeds from the offering to reduce outstanding indebtedness, including the previously announced tender offer to repurchase any and all of the outstanding 3.50% convertible notes due 2012 and repayment of borrowings under the revolving credit facility, and for general corporate purposes.
The senior unsecured notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.625% per year payable semi-annually on March 1 and September 1 of each year, commencing September 1, 2011. The notes will mature on March 1, 2021. The notes were offered to the public at a price of 99.134% of principal amount.
