Kingdom Holding Company’s Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh renovation project has been completed. The renovation included the hotel and its amenities. The Hotel continues to be the best hotel in Riyadh.
HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, Chairman of Kingdom Holding commented: “The Development of our local investments is in line with Kingdom Holding Company’s strategic plan.”
Prince Alwaleed and Eng. Talal Almaiman Executive Director for Development and Domestic Investments with Mr. Rami Sayess, General Manager of FS Riyadh and Management toured the hotel following the completion of its renovation.
The 249-room luxury Hotel is situated in the upscale and visually distinctive Kingdom Centre, and offers spacious guest rooms, plus 32 suites and 20 long-stay residential suites. All the accommodation is light and airy, and the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh’s elevated location ensures that every room offers spectacular views over the Saudi capital.

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is under the management of Four Seasons in which Kingdom Holding holds a 47.5% stake and is co-owned by Bill Gates’ Cascade in which the company also holds a 47.5% stake, and 5% of the Four Seasons is owned by Isadore Sharp.
The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh was ranked “The Best Hotel in Riyadh 2009” according to Business Traveller Magazine at “The Business Traveller Awards 2009” ceremony during Arabian Travel Market Conference in Dubai. The Business Traveller’s prestigious awards were exclusively based on votes by the readers of the magazine. Also in 2009, Paris's Four Seasons Hotel George V was ranked Best City Hotel Worldwide in the 2008/09 Gallivanter’s Guide for 6 consecutive years. George V topped the list of world hotels in that category and was described as "hotel perfection" of hotels.
