Wyndham Hotel Group Recognises Best EMEA Hotels (United States)

Last week saw Wyndham Hotel Group, part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE: WYN), host a stylish event in London to recognise its best Days Inn®, Ramada® and Ramada Encore hotels across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The private awards presentation took place in the recently refurbished Bridges Suite at the Wyndham Grand London Chelsea Harbour, the group’s flagship property in the region.

Among the awards presented were Hotel of the Year EMEA, previously announced at Wyndham Hotel Group’s first all-brand global conference in Las Vegas in September, as well as awards for Highest Guest Satisfaction Score, Highest Quality Assurance Score and Most New Wyndham Rewards Loyalty Program Enrolments.

In addition, three new awards were presented: Newcomer of the Year; Commitment to Wyndham Green, the company’s programme dedicated to minimising environmental impact; and Commitment to Enhancement of Customer Value, this year focused on Wi-Fi, recognising guests’ increasing needs for connectivity on the move. This is the fifth year the company has given out the awards. A full list of winners can be found below.

Presenting the awards were members of Wyndham Hotel Group’s EMEA Senior Leadership Team, headed up by Michael Poynter, managing director & senior vice president of operations. Attendees of the event represented 140 hotels in six countries across the EMEA region.
