Guests may book the “Best of Waldorf Astoria” offer now through February 28, 2011, for travel between November 9, 2010 and March 20, 2011.

Travelers to Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts’ landmark destinations around the globe can use their resort credits to choose from an array of unique experiences. Some examples of hotel experiences include:

* At the brand’s newest hotel, the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund, guests can relax at the hotel’s 110-foot Long Bar, which serves many drinks that were first originally created and served at the Waldorf=Astoria New York. The L-shaped bar in raw mahogany was reputed to be the longest in the Far East when it opened in 1911.

* The legendary Casa Marina Resort offers guests access to a fish concierge, who will fillet and cook guests’ day’s catch to their specifications as well as answer any questions and offer tips for cooking with fish.

* The Beach House Maldives’ afternoon tea service is held in the resort’s art gallery, which showcases the works of local artists and indigenous art pieces. Guests begin the tea service with three traditional waters/juices – basil seed water, jasmine water and Bilinbi juice – and enjoy a selection of traditional Maldivian refreshments and snacks, including Maldivian pine nut scones, samosas, fish pastries and more.

* At the Boulders Resort, guests can partake in Astrological Consultant Tom McMullan’s “Dining with the Stars” wine dinner, where he works hand-in-hand with a chef to create menus based on the planetary alignment.

The Roosevelt New Orleans is home to the world-famous Sazerac Bar, which popularized the Sazerac cocktail and Ramos Gin Fizz, and the Sazerac Restaurant, which offers guests authentic New Orleans cuisine.

* Boca Raton Resort & Boca Beach Club’s new art gallery, which is located in the Cloister Lobby and curated by the Elaine Baker Gallery, offers travelers tours of the art collection as well as the sculptures, which are on display throughout the resort’s grounds.

* Waldorf Astoria Orlando offers guests the one-of-a-kind Waldorf Impériale treatment, which was developed for the hotel in collaboration with Guerlain. The two-hour ritual to features Guerlain’s complete age-defying skincare, Orchidée Impériale.
