Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading US-based hospitality management company, has named Jason Gershon director of food & beverage for The Heldrich Hotel and Conference Center, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Mike Taylor, Benchmark’s general manager at The Heldrich, made the announcement.
"It is a pleasure to welcome Jason to The Heldrich,” said Mr. Taylor. “This marks his return to Benchmark Hospitality, having previously served within the company’s food & beverage program at properties in Virginia, North Carolina and New Jersey. We look forward to his leadership of our entire culinary program here at The Heldrich.”
Jason Gershon most recently held the position of director of food & beverage and conference services for Dolce Valley Forge, a hotel and conference center located near Philadelphia. He has been appointed to senior level food and beverage positions for properties in Princeton, New Jersey; Southbury, Connecticut; Bald Head Island, North Carolina and Leesburg, Virginia. Mr. Gershon has also previously served in top hotel management positions as director of operations and as general manager.
Gershon attended Wagner College and is a graduate of Mercer County Community College. He is relocating to New Brunswick.
