This festive season, celebrate Christmas in a unique yet traditional way at Hullett House
Do something different in the lead up to Christmas as you enjoy a truly international Festive Season at Hullett House, the design-led and heritage development located in Tsim Sha Tsui.
The Hullett House Advent Calendar enables you to discover new ways to celebrate each day from December 1 to 24, and guests can indulge in the special Christmas menus at Hullett House’s acclaimed restaurants on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, decorated extensively to welcome in the festive season. Hullett House is also introducing a new range of luxury hampers filled with exciting Christmas treats.
Hullett House Advent Festivities Programme
The Advent Calendar offers Hong Kong residents and visitors a wide range of ingredients for a memorable Christmas, from cooking classes with Chef Alexis in conjunction with “FRANCESCA Chocolate” on December 1, 8, 15 and 22 at just $480 for one class or HK$1,288 for all four classes, string quartet performances at St. George on December 4, 11 and 18, complimentary mulled wine at the Stables Grill on December 10, 13 and 20, and festive carols on December 23 and Christmas Eve.
Discover delightful international traditions including the decorative Christmas cookies made to celebrate December 6, the feast day of St. Nicholas. Write your wish-list for Father Christmas and place it on one of Hullett House’s Christmas trees to ensure that it reaches its destination in good time on December 2 and 17. Bagpipers are part of the traditional pageantry associated with Hullett House pageantry performing on December 9 and 21.
Do something for the underprivileged as you buy a present for yourself or for someone special: bid for an outstanding bottle of wine at the charity auction organised in collaboration with a renowned chateau on December 16 at St. George. And for those who are hard to please, take the opportunity to purchase a print or an autographed book at the Hullett House literature event on December 7.
Every Sunday throughout December and continuing until the end of February, Hullett House will also hosting a Sunday Family Lunch in the Garden for all the family to get together. Guests ordering from the participating restaurants a la carte menus can enjoy complimentary use of the different children’s entertainment from drawing corner, decorating cupcakes to building blocks, as well as the salad bar in the outdoor garden.
Hullett House Luxury Christmas Hampers
You can even do your Christmas shopping at Hullett House with a range of luxury hampers to show your appreciation of friends, family and business associates this festive season. With an English theme, choose from the Ultimate Gourmet Hamper at $3,988, the Deluxe Gourmet Hamper at $2,988, the Traditional Hamper at $1,988 and the Hullett House Classic Hamper at $988, all packed with gourmet goodies and delicacies including a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, 1kg cheddar cheese, 300g rosewater and red fruit homemade jam, 18 macaroons pieces, Christmas Pudding, weiss chocolate pearl with hazelnuts, Gingerbread cookies and much more. Delivery of hampers is available to locations on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, and orders should be placed before 17 December.
Restaurants Christmas Programme
Feasting is synonymous with Christmas. Throughout Advent, Hullett House plans enticing festive food and drink, culminating in memorable lunches and dinners on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day at the acclaimed restaurants at Hullett House with The Parlour, St. George, Stables Grill and Loong Toh Yuen each hosting a delicious Christmas menu.
The Parlour
The House’s French Chef Orrico has designed the most sophisticated Christmas holiday brunch menu and set lunch and dinner in town for The Parlour with an unmatched menu that offers an array of flavours. Signature dishes include Trio Brittany Oysters N 2 with Foie gras, Bellota ham and smoked herring roe, horseradish and fresh shallot vinegar, followed by Slow Cooked Bronze Turkey Breast served with creamy mashed, caramelized apple, cranberry chutney and bread sauce. For those with a sweeter tooth, a Pur Caraibe Chocolate Yule Log completes the menu, topped off with chestnut cream and tangerine marmalade.
The Parlour is also serving a special festive afternoon tea from December 15 to January 1, including Christmas Ginger Bread to take away.

Cosy up this Christmas in Stables Grill, where you will begin your meal with the Stables Platter, a delicious array of oysters, Parma ham, Foie Gras terrine, smoked salmon, steamed mussels and green salad.
A three and four course menu offers traditional and eclectic, with the Christmas Turkey complete with apricot and pistachio sausage, roasted butternut and red cabbage jam. Hullett House’s prized Hong Kong Cantonese restaurant, Loong Toh Yuen will be serving up a festive 10 course dinner with all its classic dishes as well as its regular A La Carte menu.
