Bringing a wealth of Whistler tourism industry knowledge, Lindsey Turner has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the newly relaunched Nita Lake Lodge in Whistler. Turner will oversee the entire sales and marketing for the resort with an emphasis on building corporate business.
Born and raised in British Columbia, Turner returns to Whistler after a brief hiatus working in a marketing function in the resource industry in Vancouver. Prior to leaving Whistler, Turner spent five years as Conference Services Manager at Tourism Whistler where she opened the TELUS Conference Centre and actively worked to promote the resort. In XXX, Turner received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. Awarded by the Convention Industry Council, the designation recognizes individuals who have achieved the industry’s highest standard of professionalism.
