The JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa has selected the Extreme Customer Service® Company, American Audio Visual Center®, to become their partner for audio-visual, multimedia production and technical services.

JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California provides stylish surroundings and views that any well-seasoned traveler desires - including emerald fairways and mountains that seem to touch the sky. The resort offers fine dining, sizzling night-life, a 38,000 square-foot spa, expansive pools, and a newly remodeled lobby complete with gondolas and Lobby Bar. This lush desert oasis features 833 guest rooms, 51 suites and 210,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

AAVC will keep an extensive inventory of the latest audio, video and lighting technology on property. In addition to their extensive inventory, the AAVC on-site staff will be comprised of a highly experienced technical team for turn-key meetings, presentations and show services.

AAVC attributes its successful growth to a strategic and purposeful plan to grow its market share by providing hotels and resorts with much more than just audio-visual service and support. Extreme Customer Service® has become the company’s foundation and culture. AAVC listened to what hotels and resorts were missing in the way of a true partnership: increasing revenue, offering higher levels of sales and marketing support, and becoming a more creative and production orientated one-stop shop. “We are not just order takers. We dive head first into every customers program with passion and creativity. We offer technology that most of our competitors in the hotel and resort markets don’t provide. The difference is that we have designed our company to fit what hotels need, and the byproduct is more revenue and better customer service scores for our hotel partners.” - Duane Tornquist, Senior Vice President of Creative Development & Chief Marketing Officer, AAVC
