In an industry first, Crystal Cruises announces complimentary Pilates group reformer classes. New men’s-only yoga and couples/partner yoga also join the roster of complimentary wellness programming for the ultra-luxury line’s 2011 World Cruise beginning January 17. On each individual World Cruise segment, a full-time Pilates instructor will lead group sessions on the brand new Reformer machines. More than 25 different Pilates reformer and mat classes will include Pilates for golf, tennis and ballroom dance.

Complimentary yoga classes will be taught by veteran yoga instructors, Joe and Maria Kita, and include traditional practices, plus:

Partner Yoga – Designed to strengthen both the body and students’ relationships, highlights poses that are best practiced in tandem.
