Naples Bay Resort, Naples’ newest Four Diamond property on Florida’s Paradise Coast, has announced a Travel Agent Appreciation Program. The new program is designed to specially accommodate travel professionals visiting the resort and the guests they book into the property. Rikki Boparai, general manager, made the announcement.
“We are so appreciative of our business relationship with travel professionals across the country, and of the business they bring to us,” said Mr. Boparai. “We wanted to accommodate them and their customers in an especially meaningful way, and so we developed the resort’s new Travel Agent Appreciation Program.”
Key components of Naples Bay Resort’s new Travel Agent Appreciation Program are:
· A special site inspection rate of $75.00 per room, per night, which is inclusive of the resort fee. The special rate includes luxury guestroom accommodations, full-day use of poolside cabana, use of all recreational amenities and 5 resort pools including a meandering Lazy River pool, and 30% saving on services at the Spa at Naples Bay Resort.
· Bookings that originate with Travel Agents will include a Special Welcome Amenity for guests when they arrive to the resort – which will be presented to the guest with the compliments of the Travel Agent. Accompanying the welcome amenity will be a note card from the Agent.
· All Travel Agent commissions will be processed within 7 days following the guest’s departure, ensuring prompt payment to the Travel Agent
Naples Bay Resort pays travel agent commissions of 10 percent on the consumed guestroom rate.
