New staff members announces at The International Spa Association

The International SPA Association, managed by IMG Associations, is pleased to announce that four new staff members have begun work at the association’s headquarters. The ISPA staff works to provide its members with educational tools, research and networking events. Celebrating 20 years as the voice of the spa industry, ISPA’s team will be at the helm for the premiere spa event of the year, the ISPA Conference & Expo.

New hires include:

Kate Cottingham, Senior Account Executive – Cottingham will be connecting with ISPA members for advertising, sponsorships and exposure opportunities. Her former position was at Eli Lilly & Co. where she called on medical specialists and general practitioners. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism.

Davis Federspiel, Project Coordinator – Federspiel will be developing webinars and working to form international regional spa groups for ISPA. After three years in Chicago working in digital advertising at Starcom Worldwide she found her way home to Kentucky. She is a graduate of DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Spanish.

Kerri Keefer, Communications Manager – Keefer writes the weekly e-newsletter Touch Points as well as articles for Pulse magazine and other marketing collateral. She joined the ISPA team after working five years as for The Manahan Group in Charleston, WV where she oversaw accounts in areas such as college savings programs, tourism, and housing. She is a graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations.

Danny Kelly, Creative Development Manager – Kelly manages the ISPA Web site, www.experienceispa.com, the ISPA Conference & Expo Web site, www.celebrateispa.com, the weekly Touch Points e-newsletter and all of ISPA’s marketing collateral. His former work at the National Thoroughbred Racing Association, Baker Communications, The Lexington Herald-Leader, and NBC affiliate LEX18 prepared him for his new position with ISPA. He is a graduate of Asbury College with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism.
