Through Hala Abu Dhabi, Etihad will promote its sponsorship of the 2010 Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix which is followed by a global audience of over 600 million motorsports fans.

Peter Baumgartner, Etihad Airways’ Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Etihad is playing a vital role in attracting visitors to Abu Dhabi and the UAE. The introduction of Hala Abu Dhabi and its services at this year’s ATM will allow visitors to see for themselves what an exciting time it is for tourism in the region.
“The showcase of our world class products and services will also display the high quality of the end-to-end travel experience we offer our customers across our expanding network.”
The Etihad Airways stand will also feature the airline’s award-winning First and Business class seats and services alongside a Japanese Teppanyaki kitchen with two world-class Japanese chefs, father and son, preparing traditional Japanese meals throughout the four-day exhibition in celebration of the launch of Etihad’s newest long-haul destinations to Tokyo and Nagoya.
Visitors to Etihad’s exhibition stand can also enjoy a taste of the luxury services offered in Etihad’s First and Business class lounges by receiving special spa treatments at the Six Senses Spa section of the stand.
Etihad’s stand will also feature interactive demonstrations of its industry-acclaimed Etihad Guest loyalty programme. Launched in August 2006, Etihad Guest now boasts more than 850,000 members worldwide.
