Windstar Cruises, which operates a three-ship fleet of luxury yachts that explore hidden harbors and secluded coves of the world's most treasured destinations, announces the promotion of Donna Kurtz to Director of Charter/Incentive Sales and Operations.
A 20-year veteran of Windstar Cruises, Kurtz was most recently Manager of Charter/Incentive Sales and Operations. Kurtz has also served as Charter/Incentive Supervisor, Charter/Incentive Coordinator and Sales Department Administrative Assistant. She reports to Sandy Stevens, Vice President of Sales.
In her new role, Kurtz will be responsible for charter and incentive sales, building and maintaining charter and incentive group relationships both nationally and internationally, providing management support for charter and incentive staff, conducting sales calls and attending trade shows.
"Donna has contributed greatly to Windstar Cruises and her expertise and knowledge of the product is invaluable," said Stevens. "She has developed long-standing relationships with our charter and incentive partners and has been an integral part of more than 500 full-ship charters and hundreds of groups Windstar has hosted over the years."
