James Carroll, Chief Operating Officer of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, announces the appointment of Keith F. Hansen, C.P.A., as Corporate Vice President of Hotel Accounting and Finance. Mr. Hansen joins Crestline from JC Resorts in La Jolla, CA where he was Corporate Director of Finance. He brings 30 years of financial experience in the hospitality industry to his new role having also held executive positions with Alliance Hospitality Management, BCRA Resort Services and Olympus Hospitality Group. In his new position at Crestline he will report to James Carroll and oversee the management of all hotel accounting and finance for the company. Crestline is among the 10 largest hospitality management companies in the U.S. with a portfolio of nearly 14,000 rooms in 13 states.
"Keith brings extensive experience in the financial management of large, well-run hospitality companies with an expertise in revenue growth and new acquisitions," said Carroll. "His experience and skill sets complement our Company's overall strategy for 2010 and beyond, to grow and improve customer service to owners. We are confident that under Keith's leadership we will continue to be successful in fulfilling our corporate mission to lead the industry with a results-driven hospitality management platform that generates growth in profitability for owners, in a guest-centric environment," added Carroll.
Mr. Hansen holds a B.S. in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina and has held a license in real estate in California. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association.
