Relais & Châteaux, an international association of the finest charming hotels and gourmet restaurants, continues its growth by admitting six additional new properties, as well as a new destination country, Peru. These are in addition to the 31 members admitted this year, bringing the total membership to 481 properties in 58 countries worldwide. The newest members are: The Jefferson Hotel, in Washington, D.C., Santa Teresa Hotel (Brazil); Inkaterra La Casona (Peru); The Serai (India); Jin's Residence (China); and Supanniga Home (Thailand).
Shortly after announcing 31 new members in 2010, Relais & Châteaux, an international association of the finest charming hotels and gourmet restaurants, continues its growth by admitting six additional new properties, as well as a new destination country, it was announced today. This brings the total membership to 481 properties in 58 countries worldwide.
Among the newest members in the U.S. is The Jefferson Hotel, a warm, welcoming property with 99 rooms in the heart of Washington, D.C. The hotel, just four blocks from the White House, enjoys a reputation as Washington's finest small hotel, and offers excellent cuisine.
Other new members worldwide include: Santa Teresa Hotel (Brazil); Inkaterra La Casona (Peru); The Serai (India); Jin's Residence (China); and Supanniga Home (Thailand).
