The Nashville Airport Marriott is excited to welcome their brand new Director of Marketing - Amanda Sensibaugh - to the Nashville hotel team.
No stranger to Marriott International, Sensibaugh began her hospitality career as the front desk manager of the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort, Golf Club and Spa after receiving a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Mass Communications from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN. Sensibaugh graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA with a double major in Public Relations/ Advertising and Spanish. She also holds a certification in fluency (Spanish) from Estudio Sampere in Madrid, Spain.
Later, after working as the director of sales at a nearby Fairfield Inn & Suites in Naples, Florida Sensibaugh transitioned back to the Marco Island Marriott and quickly rose through the ranks. From sales manager, she was then promoted to senior sales manager. In March 2007 she became the director of destination sales for the property. Throughout the next couple years, Sensibaugh worked in and out of Marriott, but is now happy to be back, working at a recently renovated airport Marriott hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
As the new Director of Marketing, Sensibaugh is excited to have the opportunity to direct the marketing initiatives at the Nashville Airport Marriott in the coming year. Comprised of newly renovated guestrooms, facilities and enhanced Nashville convention and event space, the property and the entire management team are thrilled to be welcoming such a seasoned hospitality veteran to the ranks.
