The awarding of these three labels took place at the celebration of the ‘Le Chef’ trophies on 28 September 2009 in Paris.
Bocuse & Co, is it not just one more label?
In the framework of Le Chef trophies, three young chefs received the Bocuse & Co label for the first time. Newly created, this label is different from others in that each year, it awards the spirit of entrepreneurship of three graduates (two located in France, one abroad) from the Culinary arts & restaurant management (lien vers la page US) program at Institut Paul Bocuse, who have opened their own establishment
In November, the three prize winners will come to Institut Paul Bocuse to meet with students at Master Classes, during which they will share their experiences. On the occasion of this day, an exceptional lunch will be offered serving the most popular dishes from the prize winners’ restaurants, prepared by the students at the Institut at the practical applications restaurant, F&B.
