Coming from Switzerland, Mr Christoph Marcel Strahm has recently joined the big family of Sofitel Plaza Hanoi as its new Director of Food and Beverage.
Holding a Master degree in Business Administration from École des Hautes Etudes Commercials, Université de Lausanne, Switzerland, Strahm also has over 5 years experience in Food and Beverage Management at various hotels and food enterprises, namely KHH Sullberg Betriebsges. mbH & Co Kg, Hamburg - Germany; Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains, St Moritz - Switzerland; Kempinski Pragelato Village, Piedmont - Italy. Before moving the Sofitel Plaza Hanoi, he was the Food and Beverage Manager of Kempinski Hotel Giardino di Costanza, Sicily - Italy for over a year.
Strahm will be in charge of the two fine dining restaurants – Brasserie Westlake and Ming Palace, together with 3 other bars of Sofitel Plaza Hanoi: Song Hong bar, Summit Lounge and Pool Garden Cafe. He is enthusiastic about his new post and is currently collaborating with the existing talented team of Sofitel Plaza Hanoi, creating new and exciting offerings for its food and beverage outlets that go beyond customers’ expectation for extraordinary food and service quality at Sofitel Plaza Hanoi, one of the most prestigious culinary destinations.
