Offering New Treatment Menu and Lasting Wellness Programmes

Conrad Bali’s award-winning Jiwa Spa has been rejuvenated with the addition of stunning new garden spa pavilions, an expanded holistic wellness programme and a new level of skincare pampering using marine-inspired Thalgo beauty products.

Drawing inspiration from Bali’s natural beauty, the five new spa garden pavilions feature indoor and outdoor treatment areas surrounded by a tropical water garden. They will also use the spa’s new treatment menu, developed in collaboration with Thalgo, the premier French skincare line. The Spa menu offers highly advanced therapies based on the algae and active marine-based Thalgo skin and body products, as well as natural treatments based on ancient Indonesian traditions.

The rejuvenation is part of Jiwa Spa’s aim to provide guests both luxurious pampering as well as a lasting path to wellness. In addition to the existing nine treatment rooms, spa pavilions, 25 metre pool and fitness centre, Conrad Bali has introduced a Wellness Studio which boasts Wellness and Lifestyle activities for long term good health including meditation and yoga classes.

Jiwa Spa and Wellness Manager, Sarah Watterson, says the completion of the Wellness Centre has really enhanced the spa’s offering.

“We want our guests to feel the benefits of our spa treatments long after they’ve left our resort.

“We can now provide the luxury of a massage or holistic therapy as part of a long term, customised wellness solution that restores and, boosts energy and creates lasting balance for our guests.”

Mr. Michael Burchett, General Manager of the Conrad Bali says: “The approach at Jiwa Spa mirrors the philosophy at the Conrad Bali – we believe in customisation for every guest. Our expanded spa wellness and lifestyle focus will ensure each of our guests receives a personalised approach to suit their needs in a tranquil, yet contemporary Balinese setting.”

Our Jiwa Spa recommendation: Aquatic Elements Treatment (2 hours)
A blissful exfoliation with sea salts and algae petals followed by a stress release massage and warm tingling algae mousse banishes tension in the back, neck and shoulders. A moisture quenching sequence of facial cleansing, exfoliation, massage and mask follows before a scalp oil treatment and massage invites utter relaxation.
