The Mövenpick Ulysse Palace & Thalasso Djerba will no longer be part of the Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio. The management contract between the owning company, UTIC Tourisme, and the international hotel chain based in Switzerland will conclude as of 7 November 2009.
The 5-star resort property, which features 259 rooms and suites, 8 restaurants and bars, as well as a 3,500 square metre thalassic centre, has been managed by Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts.
"We would like to thank Mr Taoufic Chaïbi and UTIC Tourisme Company for the good co-operation over the past years. We now wish UTIC Tourisme Company every success in the future." said Josef Kufer, Senior Vice President, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Africa.
