Pan Pacific Hotels Group announced today the appointment of Kenneth Chan as Vice President, Strategy and Planning.
A black belt qualified Lean/Six-Sigma practitioner, Kenneth, in his new appointment, will design, implement and maintain Pan Pacific Hotel Group’s strategic blueprint in line with corporate objectives. In this role, he will be responsible for establishing an operational support platform that will promote operational excellence.
Kenneth’s most recent appointment was with DHL Express (Singapore) where he institutionalised the Quality and Service Excellence culture for long-term sustainability. He has also held corporate planning and development appointments with Meritus Hotels and Resorts and Raffles International, where he developed and deployed processes to instill high performance standards for the achievement of outstanding business results.
