Café Kool at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong presents seafood splendour (China)

Due to popular demand by guests, the seafood promotion at Café Kool restaurant at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong returns to the Wednesday dinner buffet. The highlights include unlimited servings of Boston lobster, chilled crab, medium prawns, oysters and other crustaceans.

Café Kool offers diners live-action buffets from six open kitchens. The Asian kitchen offers Vietnamese Big Head Prawn; Chilli and Beer Clams; and Stir Fry Chilli Crab, while the Western kitchen offers Bouillabaisse, which is prepared à la minute; Baked Seafood and Crab Meat with Herb Breadcrumbs on Crab Shell; and Fritters Squid Rings. Fresh salmon, tuna, cobia, snapper and octopus are also the offer of the day. Priced at only HK$468 per adult, HK$368 per senior and HK$318 per child, guests can savour the fresh and succulent bounty of the oceans, served hot and cold. All prices are subject to a 10 per cent service charge.

Tempting buffets of authentic global cuisine with an emphasis on homestyle cooking are available at Café Kool, where guests can enjoy a warm and friendly ambience and contemporary decor. The cooking arenas feature shows of action-packed “drama” and offer guests a variety of freshly prepared and made-to-order cuisine. Café Kool opens daily from 6 a.m. to midnight serving à la carte and specially prepared buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
