Hip Hangout
Ant farms, pet rocks, sideburns, beehives and pompadours. There are some things about the fifties that we'd love to forget! But who doesn't get nostalgic – even a little – for drive-ins, sock hops and TV Trays?
You don't have to reminisce any longer. Drop by ART Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle for lunch and order one of three TV Trays. Short for "Très-Vite," each TV Tray is a complete meal, including an appetizer, main entrée and dessert. TV Tray number three has a weekly rotating menu, highlighting a seasonal ingredient from neighbouring Pike Place Market, such as rhubarb or blood orange.
Watch Executive Chef Kerry Sear and his team on the "screen" of the open kitchen as they slice charcuterie, roll fresh sushi or prepare deli-style sandwiches, made to order. We can't promise Chef Sear will hula hoop, but we can promise a quick and convenient interactive dining experience.
Feeling wistful? Drop by ART Restaurant at midday for a bonafide twist on Pacific Northwest fare. Order a TV Tray and you'll be in and out in a jiffy. Now that's something we can dig.
