With summer just a bouquet-toss away, it's time to talk weddings. If you attended nuptials last season, chances are it went something like this: Tears were shed, vows were said. You chatted, danced and picked at the lukewarm rubber chicken. And then, ravenous, you bolted by 11:00 pm in search of a 24 hour drive-thru. Sound familiar?

Let's face it, what separates a good wedding from a great one is the food. Keenly aware of this fact, Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco created the new Midnight Munchies menu — guaranteed to keep guests boogeying and socialising until the wee hours.

Better yet, this yummy bite-sized buffet can be personalised to suit the bride and groom's personalities, whether it's a nod to their favourite comfort foods or an ode to their first date. A few examples of menus on offer:

* Fiesta de Noche: Quesadillas served with all the fixings, and warm churros with dark chocolate fondue and vanilla crème anglaise
* Rodeo Round Up: BBQ pulled-pork sandwiches, buttermilk fried chicken, baked individual mac ‘n cheese, and mini pecan pies
* Sweet Dreams: Mini cupcakes, cream puffs, mini-milkshake shots, seasonal fruit tartlets and individual tiramisus
