Limited seats are now available to an unparalleled Sonoma-centric winemaker dinner on April 6, 2009 at 7:30 pm at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn. In partnership with the Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers, guests who will include a number of the country’s leading sommeliers, will meet and dine with winemakers from Northern California’s world-renowned wineries as they embark on a truly locally inspired food and wine adventure.
Executive Chef Bruno Tison and his culinary team will exquisitely pair a four-course meal with featured wines from Nicholson Ranch, Kunde Family Estate, Viansa Winery & Marketplace, Enkidu Wines, Charles Creek Vineyards, Chateau St. Jean, Muscardini Cellars and Sebastiani Vineyards.
