Unprecedented offer good for new meetings booked and actualized between now through 2010

Riding on the crest of the successful 45-day Marriott's Spirit of Aloha promotional tour across the U.S. mainland, Marriott Resorts Hawaii is fulfilling the wishes of meeting planners by offering a 10 percent rebate in a new Marriott Resorts Hawaii Meeting Incentive Package.

In addition, Marriott is combining the new incentive package with one million Marriott Rewards Points that can be redeemed for rooms at over 3,000 Marriott hotels every night of the year.

"In the 13 cities we visited, our customers told us, 'Help us book Hawaii, help us with our meeting budgets and lastly, offer us a fair and flexible contract as well'," said Ed Hubennette, vice president for North Asia, Hawaii, and South Pacific, Marriott International. "Conducting face-to-face business gave us the opportunity to really listen to what our customers want and how they want to buy."

As a direct result, Marriott created the Marriott Resorts Hawaii Meeting Incentive Package designed to give meeting planners a 10 percent rebate offer on their master account, including meeting related charges such as guestroom, food and beverage, meeting room rental and other items at all Marriott hotels in Hawaii. This promotion is good from now through December 15, 2010.

Each Marriott Resort in Hawaii offers qualifying dates for this rebate offer. To see qualifying dates for all Hawaii hotels, visit www.marriotthawaii.com/groups or call toll free 1-866-516-5381 or in Hawaii 808-440-2356.

Offer is valid at participating Marriott Resorts Hawaii. It is not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held meetings or events, and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Offer applies to all eligible bookings, including bookings by qualifying third parties at a commissionable rate.

Marriott's collection of five Hawaii resorts on the four major islands includes: JW Marriott Ihilani Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, Kauai Marriott Resort & Beach Club, Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa and Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa.
