Further Strengthens its Footprint in China and Other Asian Gateway Cities

Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of USI Holdings Limited (HKEx: 369), is pleased to announce that it has signed new contracts to manage two serviced residences, Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon in Kuala Lumpur and Lanson Place Jin Qiao in Shanghai, both for a tenure of 10 years.

Located within walking distance from the CBD Golden Triangle and other major shopping complexes in Kuala Lumpur, Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon targets to open in mid 2011 and will provide approximately 100 units of 2-3 bedroom serviced apartments.

Another serviced residences, Lanson Place Jin Qiao, is located in Pudong Green City, Shanghai and is easily accessible to Lujiazhui CBD, Zhangjiang Hi- tech Park and Expo Shanghai Park, as well as Pudong International Airport and the site of the planned Disney Amusement Park. This complex provides 203 fully-furnished serviced apartments with 1-2 bedrooms and is set to be opened in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Mrs. Karen Li, the Executive Director of Lanson Place, said these two new management contracts had further reinforced Lanson Place's position in Asia's hospitality sector. Following the renewal of the management contract with Lanson Place Jinlin Tiandi Residences in Shanghai last April, Lanson Place will manage two serviced residences in Shanghai. One of the serviced residences is aimed at the senior expatriate managers, while the other targets middle expatriate managers. Lanson Place's expertise in hospitality management, together with their well-established management infrastructure and niche positioning, brings quality customer services and attractive returns to the owners. Looking forward, Lanson Place will continue to actively identify more opportunities for business expansion in Asia.

Lanson Place has developed a well-established network of high-end boutique hotel and serviced residences in key strategic locations in Asia. Currently, it manages one boutique hotel in Hong Kong and a total of five serviced residences in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. The Group opened Lanson Place Central Park Residences in Beijing in June 2008, offering 105 luxurious residential apartments to senior expatriates.
