Hotel giant with approximately 146,000 associates across more than 3,100 locations chooses Kronos®
Marriott International, Inc. recently renewed its contract for the hiring management solution from Kronos® Incorporated. Marriott uses the Kronos solution to automate and manage the hiring process, providing the hotel giant with ongoing access to a pool of talented applicants.
“Marriott and Kronos have a long history together,” said Carol Anderson, senior vice president of talent management services, communications, and technology at Marriott. “In the six years that Marriott and Kronos have worked together, nearly three million job applications have been processed through the Kronos system.”
