With distinct residential ownership products and a growing pipeline of worldwide private luxury residence club developments, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has announced new online platforms for Fairmont Heritage Place and Fairmont Residences.
The new websites, www.fairmontheritageplace.com and www.fairmontresidences.com, serve as extensions of the brand’s award-winning website www.fairmont.com, to provide current homeowners and affluent travelers seeking to purchase a primary, second or third home with detailed information on these exclusive product offerings. Site visitors will also learn more about the wide-range of destinations offered in each collection and the associated ownership benefits available in each location.
With a number of residential projects in development throughout the world, the new websites will also keep current and prospective homeowners abreast of new openings and future developments. Examples include the recently opened Fairmont Heritage Place Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco, the newly acquired Fairmont Heritage Place, Inspiration in Miramar Beach, Florida, and Fairmont Residences, Shock Hill, slated to open along the serene shores of Breckenridge’s Blue River in 2010.
Other portal features include rich media photo galleries and interactive elements such as an e-card greeting tool. In the coming months, Fairmont plans to introduce several additional site enhancements ranging from mobile device compatibility to 360-degree virtual tours.
The launch of the new sites also complements the company’s residential growth strategy and Fairmont’s rising profile in the vacation ownership space. Fairmont Heritage Place is hard at work on private resident club projects in a variety of exciting destinations including Dubai, South Africa, Vail and the Dominican Republic, while the Fairmont Residences group has projects currently underway in international hotspots like Cairo, Vancouver, Colorado, and the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
