The Hyatt Regency St. Louis Riverfront, St. Louis' newest premier hotel address, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian Morris as Director of Sales and Marketing. Morris most recently served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hyatt Regency Wichita, Kansas.
A seasoned veteran in the hospitality business, Morris joined Hyatt in 1989, taking on a variety of roles and responsibilities at the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort in Indian Wells, Calif. Since then, he has served as a Sales Manager at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, a Senior Sales Manager at the Grand Hyatt Seattle and the Associate Director of Sales at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix.

Scheduled to complete a $63 million transformation in July 2009, the 910-room Hyatt Regency St. Louis Riverfront rests in the heart of downtown, just steps away from the Gateway Arch. The hotel plays a significant role in the revitalization efforts of downtown St. Louis. Highlights of the top-to-bottom renovation include a complete makeover of its 83,000 square feet of meeting space, along with a new pool deck and observation area on the top floor, 52 new luxurious suites, 910 newly designed rooms with 350 of those overlooking the Arch, three new full-service restaurants, a Starbucks and a StayFit@Hyatt health club.
