General Manager Mr Melvin Lim is proud to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Gailey as the new Director of Food and Beverage at award-winning Orchard Hotel Singapore.
Taking the helm at the Food & Beverage Division, Mark is responsible for all management of the Food & Beverage Division and works closely with Executive and Master Chefs to oversee the operation of our range of F&B outlets, including the renowned Hua Ting Restaurant and trend-setting Orchard Café, as well as the largest pillarless Grand Ballroom in Orchard Road. At the same time, he will look into developing long-term business strategies for the food and beverage capabilities within the M&C (Millennium & Copthorne) group of hotels in Singapore.
Mark brings with him over twelve years of experience in the hospitality industry. He held a series of Food and Beverage positions in various international hotels and restaurants, spanning from London to Hong Kong and Singapore. Prior to this appointment, Mark was the Director of Food and Beverage for four years at M Hotel.
