New appointments at the Steigenberger Al Dau Resort. (Egypt)

The Steigenberger Al Dau Resort extends a warm welcome to its newly appointed executives, who have recently joined its operations.

Nagui Nasrallah has joined in the capacity of Regional Director of Human Resources of the entire resort, encompassing the 5-star Steigenberger Al Dau Beach Hotel, the 4-star Steigenberger Al Dau Club and also the Steigenberger Al Dau Algotherm Red Sea Thalasso & Spa, the Steigenberger Al Dau Golf Course and the Steigenberger Al Dau Dive Club & Aqua Center by Ilios. Nasrallah brings with him vast expertise in the field of human resources management, from holding key positions in the oil industry of the Arabian Gulf, to directing the human resources operations within the hospitality industry, with several major hotels including Ghazala Hotels, the Savoy and the Radisson SAS in Sharm El Sheikh, as well as the Kempinski Soma Bay Hotel, before joining in this challenging position.

Also joining our unique resort is Mahmoud Youssef Mahmoud as Central Purchasing Manager with an extensive purchasing management background in the hospitality industry, and especially in the Red Sea region. Mahmoud brings with him more than 16 years of experience in his field of expertise; he was most recently employed as Area Purchasing Manager at Madinat Makadi, Hurghada.

We welcome Fathy Bekheit in his appointment to Director of Food & Beverage at the Steigenberger Al Dau Beach Hotel. Bekheit joins us from the Hyatt Regency Taba Heights, where he most recently served also as Director of Food & Beverage. Bekheit, who graduated with a BA in commerce from Ain Shams University, can look back on an enviable career of more than 27 years in the field of F&B in the hospitality industry, with various appointments in 5-star establishments such as the Sheraton Heliopolis in Cairo, the Sofitel Hotel Sharm El Sheikh, as well as 13 years within the Hyatt chain, such as the Hyatt Regency Riyadh in Saudi Arabia and the Hyatt Regency in Sharm El Sheikh, were he served as part of the opening team.

Last but not least, it is time to congratulate Elsayed Ahmed Shabaan on his appointment to Executive Housekeeper of the Steigenberger Al Dau Beach Hotel. Shabaan's career in housekeeping began as far back as 1990, with various positions held at Sonesta Beach Resort, Hurghada, and leading on to the Iberotel Makadi Club and Iberotel Makadi Beach, before joining the Steigenberger Al Dau Beach Hotel.
