Meetings and incentive group travel programs have an interesting new option as several member resorts of Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) are now offering all-inclusive plans to groups. This option has just become available at ALHI’s three member resorts in Mexico, which are AQUA in Cancun, Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach in Cancun, and Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos in Los Cabos. This option is also available at Half Moon in Jamaica, Paradisus Playa Conchal in Costa Rica, and both the Paradisus Punta Cana Resort and Paradisus Palma Real Resort in the Dominican Republic.
“While the popularity of all-inclusive resorts is not new in the leisure market, we’re seeing a growing trend of more meeting and incentive planners seeking ‘All Inclusive’ options for their programs,” said David Gabri, president and CEO of Associated Luxury Hotels. “As we navigate more uncertain economic times, this is a means to provide variety and efficient cost controls for some programs. Plus, as an added value for group programs, many of our resorts are flexible with their plans, enabling adjusting the base costs of a meal function if a group opts to choose an off-property experience during their visit. So it really is a great option for planners to consider. We suggest the planner talk with their ALHI regional sales executive for full details to consider.”
