Millbrook recently appointed award-winning chefs Mark Gregory and Russell Heron to bring the 'wow' factor to its food and beverage operations.
Mr Gregory, a highly regarded executive chef from the UK with more than 28 years' experience, is responsible for 'mentoring' the resort's three key restaurants and bars. His award wins include British Chef of the Year in 1988, a Culinary Olympic Gold Medal in Germany, five gold medals in 'Top Chef Hotelolympia', and French Master Chef status in 1987.
Mr Heron has come from Auckland's SkyCity Orbit restaurant to take on the role of Millbrook's Executive Chef. With 13 years of experience in award-winning restaurant teams as well as individual awards such as New Zealand Young Culinarian of the Year and runner up New Zealand Commis Chef of the Year he's well placed to take the reins of Millbrook's three restaurants.
