For the first time, Hilton Beijing Wangfujing throws open its restaurant doors for diners to enjoy a taste of a traditional festivities for the month of December. Guests will be able to choose from a number of Hilton Beijing Wangfujing’s contemporary restaurants and lounges to dine in, including Vasco’s, Chynna, Flames and The Library.

Those choosing to dine at Vasco’s can tuck into Chef de Cuisine Ricardo Bizarro’s, sumptuous Macanese specialties. Vasco’s is proud to present a Christmas buffet that is not only a feast to the eyes and to the palate, but is also designed with indulgence in mind!
Sample a wide array of traditional Macanese favourites, grilled dishes and exquisite Macanese desserts, all of which are wrapped in a festive atmosphere. For those who prefer flavours from foreign shores, there will also be a selection of international inspired Christmas dishes, from traditional roast turkey and Beijing duck, to a wide array of fresh seafood specialities, including oysters shucked to order and lobster.
For a more relaxing mood, Flames offers guests a soothing ambience in a fireside setting. The intimate ambiance allows for a little privacy whilst facing out over one of the most breathtaking views of the city. Diners with an appetite for traditional Chinese flavours can sample the signature restaurant Chynna’s, acclaimed blend of Cantonese, Sichuan, Anhui and Hunan cooking techniques and flavours. Yan Zheng, Chef de Cuisine of Chynna has created a delectable pastiche of signature dishes including seafood soup served with shark’s fin, pan-fried cod fish in spiced chilli sauce with Gynura and crystal prawn dumpling and home made sweet soup can be savoured by diners in a setting as impressive as the menu selections.
Located away from the lobby's bustling Festive Season activities the cosy ambiance of The Library complete with a roaring fireplace; is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a traditional Christmas Afternoon Tea. Feast on a mouth-watering selection of assorted Christmas puddings; scones; cream puffs; individually prepared cheesecakes; apple tarts; whimsical gingerbread houses and a decadent chocolate fountain. Try The Library’s signature hot chocolate specialties or indulge in Pastry Chef Peter’s secret egg nog recipe.
The hotel also debuts “Cooking up cookies for Mom and Dad” a kids’ festive package seasoned with fun-filled memory makers. While parents spend quality time together, one of the hotel’s culinary experts will escort the little guests to participate in a festive baking class, where they will don a miniature apron and towering chef hat to help bake cookies for the parents. Kids will be captivated as they create fun treats, ranging from biscuit butterflies and angels. The early afternoon culminates when the kids show off their culinary creations by helping bake at Vasco’s and deliver the cookies to their moms and dads at The Library.
