Free-flowing sake & champagne is being served with Sunday brunch at Zuma, the vibrant Japanese restaurant and lounge at The Landmark Hong Kong.
Children aged ten and under are also welcomed free-of-charge for the unique Japanese izakaya brunch concept of informal eating and drinking, designed for groups of friends and families.
Your choice of free-flowing sake or champagne is served straight to the table for the "Zuma Baikingu" brunch. The brunch is priced at HK$550 per person with sake & champagne and HK$428 per person without. Zuma brunch is available from 11:30am to 3pm every Sunday.
On the menu, highlights of buffet-style starters and salads include teriyaki duck & Japanese cabbage, crabmeat & chilled soba noodles, grilled sanma fish & pickled vegetables, and fresh tofu & miso -- as well as hot appetizers from the charcoal Robata grill.
An open sushi counter features house specialties ranging from salmon and spicy tuna futomaki to Zuma’s signature chirashi maki. A selection of Temaki handrolls are also made to order.
Main courses such as grilled jumbo tiger prawns with yuzu pepper and hat cho miso marinated lamb chops with pickled onions and myoga are made fresh from the open kitchen and served straight to the table.
A platter of Zuma’s creative mouthwatering desserts, designed for sharing, completes the ‘Zuma Baikingu’ brunch experience.
Zuma’s 5th Floor terrace also allows for al fresco dining outdoors, beside a garden area for children to play, with colouring books and pencils provided. The versatile terrace is also popular for cocktails and special occasions.
Zuma was opened by award winning chef and co-founder Rainer Becker, whose original concept was opened in 2002 in the hip Knightsbridge district of London, where it is now one of the capital’s most recognized restaurants.
At The Landmark in Central, the restaurant is on level 5, incorporating a level 6 Lounge and Bar. Cocktails and non-alcoholic cleansers focus on fresh seasonal ingredients and Japanese culture.
The Lounge and Bar also features one of the largest sake lists in town and a wine cellar with over 2,000 bottles of wines from around the world.
