Robert McConnell, general manager of Best Western The Plaza Hotel, is pleased to announce the completion of a multi-year $3 million comprehensive renovation of this popular airport hotel. Guests are now enjoying newly upgraded guest rooms and corridors, a refreshed hotel lobby, a transformed Plaza Cafe and enhanced guest services along with the warm island welcome every guest and traveler receives when entering this comfortable airport hotel.

Guests will notice significant changes immediately upon entering the hotel lobby, which is freshly decorated with new furnishings and a selection of island art allowing guests to embrace the Hawaiian ambiance, culture and traditions. A new, upgraded telephone system also enhances the new guest experience.

Each of the newly-renovated guest rooms at this 100 percent smoke-free Best Western boasts new carpeting and lighting. Bedding is plush, allowing guests a more relaxed and comfortable stay. Island artwork, including paintings from renowned Hawaii artist Peggy Chun, subtly embellishes the redecorated rooms, along with new drapery and shears.

Other hotel amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, gift shop and meeting facilities that can accommodate up to 200 guests.
