Mandarin Oriental, Macau invites you to The Veranda, a casual al fresco poolside dining experience featuring an open-air kitchen serving barbecued delicacies and bar snacks.
The Veranda is a new relaxed yet sophisticated open-air grill and bar situated poolside with magnificent views of the resort’s beautifully landscaped grounds and gardens. The restaurant specialises in Macanese-style barbecue dishes and snacks, available during lunch and dinner, while the bar offers exciting cocktails, fine wines and beers from around the world. The dining area’s trellised garden and water fountain make for an even more soothing setting and a perfect place to gather with friends and family.
At The Veranda diners can enjoy the best Macanese barbecue in town as well as a wide range of appetisers and salads such as “The Veranda Signature Platter” and “Marinated Octopus Salad”. A superb range of both Macanese and Portuguese main courses includes “Roasted Suckling Pig”, “Roasted Marinated Chicken” and “Hanging Skewer Combo”, all expertly grilled and prepared. A special afternoon menu offers bar snacks including “Mandarin Nachos”, “Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings” and “Beef Steak Dip”.
For the convenience of diners who are not guests of the hotel, the restaurant has its own entrance next to the hotel’s car park. The Veranda is open Monday through Thursday from 12 to 6 p.m. for lunch and snacks, and Friday through Sunday from 12 to 10 p.m. for lunch, snacks and dinner.
