Hilton Toronto Airport has completed the first phase of a major makeover, with innovative new room concepts, a brand new restaurant and bar, and inviting public spaces.
“The design is both fresh and unique, allowing us to stand out from other major hotels in the area," said Maggie Martins, Director of Sales and Marketing. “The open-concept public spaces invite our guests to explore all areas of the hotel to relax and lounge. Even the hotel’s dining experience has changed with the opening of Bliss Restaurant & Bar, appealing to our guests’ refined palates. We are very proud of our transformation and can’t wait to reveal it to our clientele.”
Designed by Anna Simone of Toronto-based Cecconi Simone Inc., the Hilton Toronto Airport’s renovation includes the South Tower with double and king rooms, restaurant, bar, lobby lounge and guest registration areas. All rooms have a contemporary, warm ambiance and feature a visual and textural contrast through the use of different finishes and fabrics.
“The design was to appeal to the business and leisure travellers where functionality and comfort are a high priority. We accomplished this without sacrificing aesthetics and style,” said Simone. “The innovative double queen room concept with back-to-back beds has never been done before and will surely give the property a market advantage.”
The double queen room concept is exclusive to Hilton Toronto Airport. The rooms were designed specifically for the Hilton Toronto Airport guests and their desire for optimal comfort, efficient work and space accommodations. The design complements Hilton Hotels Corporations commitment to outstanding hospitality and guest experience.
