Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel Destined to Put the Art Back in Hospitality

The “Hoosier” state prepares to unveil its first Renaissance near Carmel’s premier Arts and Design District on Friday, May 30, 2008 during a ribbon cutting ceremony with Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard and other key dignitaries. The Renaissance Hotel is part of Marriott International's distinctive full-service hotel brand and the first for Cincinnati, Ohio based, Winegardner & Hammons, Inc., one of the country’s top hotel management companies. “We are proud that Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. selected Carmel as the site for a Renaissance Hotel,” said Mayor Jim Brainard. “Its location along the Meridian Street Corridor and high level of guest services will be ideal for business travelers and other visitors to the area. We appreciate their investment in our community.”

Destined to put the art back in hospitality, The Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel reflects a vibrant design and the distinctive personality of today’s discovery traveler by incorporating a feel and flavor of the local community. Savvy Signature services include: the MI Great Room; a redefined and imaginative lobby experience that creates a sense of “buzz” by the special areas that encourage you to be yourself: communal tables, library, day/night bar, the brand’s “Cocktail Culture” and wi-fi throughout all the public areas.
